Here are 10 tips to help you make the most of it. 1.
Bring your own pot of water.
I used a microwave that comes with a built-in heat source and my immersion circulator.
It can be found at Walmart.
Wash and peel broccoli and remove any large stems.
Wrap each piece in a piece of plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in a shallow dish.
Cook until tender, about 2 minutes per side.
When done, add a small amount of water to make sure the broccoli is tender.
Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is completely tender.
Add a few tablespoons of water as needed to thicken the sauce.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper. 8. Enjoy!
